Allow more than one copyfiles and tasks elements in installer/installers

description

The config file can sometimes be hard to read if all the copyfile and task are bundled in the same copyfiles or tasks because depending on the "when" element, things might not be executed in order. If we can have more than one copyfiles in the same section, then we can put all the beforeAlls in one place and Afteralls in another.

This may be a related use case: The ability to execute a command on the test client after a file has been copied from the virtual machine.
For example, an mstest test results file (trx) is copied from the virtual machine to the test client and then trx2html.exe is executed on that file.
In this case an xslt is not used.
